Crystal – Master Esthetician, Skin Care Specialist, Educator & Owner
Having started her first business in 2002, Crystal has also been an active Master Skin Care Specialist with a range of leading service providers both in Ontario and Nova Scotia. When she returned from Ontario in 2013 and started with “In Good Hands Spa” her vision was to eventually purchase the business and she achieved that goal in September 2015 when she rebranded and renamed the Spa to “Tiszta Viz Organic Skin Care & Spa” – *Meaning in Hungarian. ‘Pure Water’.*
In addition to her ownership of TVS, Crystal also became an Eminence Organic Skincare product Educator for the Maritimes in 2016 and remains one of their leading team members to this day. She is a loving Mother of her beautiful Hairless Chinese Crested pup, her Kitty as well as two Beautiful Children & Married to one of our brave career fighting Firefighters.
Rebecca – Master Esthetician and Spa Manager/Coordinator
Rebecca has been a staple with Tiszta Viz for 5 years now & has taken on a Dynamic Management role within the company. She is our Rock which we are so thankful for!
With 9 years of full Esthetic background & a love for her industry she has found her passion performing Facials & Dermaplaning.
Outside of her busy life inside Tiszta Viz she is a Beautiful wife to her husband Ricky and mother to her 2 Beautiful children. Ben who is 6 and Brooklyn who is 4.
Haley – Esthetician
Our Lovely Haley did her job Training with us at Tiszta Viz straight from Elevate graduating in 2019. She had continued with us for a few months after graduating from Elevate Beauty and we are thrilled to say that after this ongoing pandemic she has rejoined with us to continue her career.
She has a true gift for pedicures and brow waxing. Her care, concern and love for her clients shows through every service she performs. Her friendly smile, care & attentiveness will not go unnoticed no matter which encounter you have with Haley. She is an old soul in a young body to say the least
Outside of her workday life. Haley has a dedication and passion for animals. She has a gift for the farm hand. With 4 horses including a year and a half cult she is currently training; chickens, a dog, 4 cats and a bunny; it is safe to say she has her hands full, from sunup to sundown.
Amber – Esthetician
Amber came to Tiszta Viz for her Job placement in 2018. She immediately fit in with our team and secured a full-time position with us since graduating. We all now know Amber as our Brazilian Queen! She is known as a client favorite for her efficient, thorough, and seamlessly painless waxing’s!
In addition to being exceptional at so many of her services she also excels at Dermaplaning and her Facial’s. Specializing in those ultrasensitive Rosacea prone skins. Being a sensitive skin type herself, she has taken on an in-depth knowledge of Our Eminence Biodynamic skin care collection. The collection that those with the utmost sensitive of skins can use.
Amber is also our Jack of all trades. From putting up Blinds to assembling any and all displays. She can truly do anything. She is another of our Staples who must stay forever.
Outside of her Tiszta Viz home she and her Partner Brad are busy being new first-time parents to their beautiful little girl Sophia and staying busy with their two 4 legged babies – their Pitbull Scooby and their Golden lab Max.
Karen – Master Clinical Esthetician
Karen brings 40 years of industry experience with her, specializing in clinical aesthetics for the past 18 years.
She truly enjoys educating her clients on the importance of skincare and its impact on the skin.
She has a passion for clinical skincare and loves seeing the results that she has been able to offer to her clients.

Hi, I’m Kristen!
I’m a lover of all things brows and beauty. I started my esthetician journey in 2015, when I attended Elevate Beauty to study skin and makeup artistry, extending my passion to a career. I graduated and officially obtained my esthetics license in 2016, and have been actively working in the beauty industry ever since. With continuous education and advanced training over the years, I strive towards bringing you the best quality treatments during your time booked with me.
One of my favorite treatments to perform besides brow treatments are is back facials. Back facials are beyond beneficial and relaxing for the skin and body.
